Publication state
The Website 2.0 candidate is being implemented and verified. It is not yet the live production release. A dated entry will be published after the exact deployed version is verified.
What an entry should contain
A release entry should identify the change, affected surfaces, availability, verification scope, and any important limitation. A design intention is not a release.
